Another season and another list of top picks.

The format is slightly changed with a more team oriented structure. However, like last season we have two unequal sets with the weaker set being drafted first. I expect most if not all the characters in the Superman list to be assassinated, but that still leaves some dangerous characters in the Hulk set.

Hulk has lots of big close combat attackers but only a few stand outs. This makes the supporting characters all the more important.

1. Black Bolt - High attack, sharp shooter and pulse wave. Deadly even without running shot.

2. The Leader - TK, double outwit. The best utility piece in Hulk.

3. Lyra - High attacking charger with good damage for only 88 points.

4. Hulk (super rare) - Last click of death. Attack and damage are good too.

5. Hercules - Strong attack and damage with charge.

6. Amadeus Cho - Outwit and PC. PC is limited but PC choices are slim in Hulk.

7. AIM Agent - cheap perplex, back dial support.

8. Punisher #11 - A good piece on its own with psychic blast and sharpshooter, even better if you can swap him out.

9. Daredevil #21 - Stealth ignoring outwit. Good attack.

10. Joe Fixit - Strong attack and damage with charge.

Also Good: Matt Murdock, Caiera, AIM Renegade, She-Hulk, Abomination.

Top Perplex: AIM Agent, Rick Jones, White Tiger

Top Outwit: Leader, AIM Renegade, Matt Murdock, Amadeus Cho, Bruce Banner, Daredevil

Top Utility: Leader, AIM Renegade

Top Combo: Hercules-Amadeus Cho, Punisher x3

Top Theme: Avengers, Scientist

Superman has bigger hitters, plenty of hypersonic and more TK. It also has the only good taxis for the league. It made this list more difficult to narrow down.

1. Superman - Hypersonic speed, high attack and damage, outwit, indomitable. Should I go on?

2. Cyborg Superman - Running shot, impervious, shape change, indomitable and the ability to heal himself.

3. Lucy Lane - Very cheap hypersonic speed attacker.

4. The Flash - Hypersonic speed with perplex. Gains PC and has a wacky go anywhere on the map power.

5. Sun Boy - Running shot with pulse wave and psychic blast and wildcard TA for a cheap price.

6. Star Boy - TK and wildcard TA.

7. Composite Superman (80 point) - TK, indomitable with Batman and Superman TA.

8. Manchester Black - TK, running shot and psychic blast.

9. Silver Banshee - Running shot with pulse wave and the Mystics TA.

10. Brainic 5 - Outwit, pc, and perplex. Wildcard TA.

Also Good: Lex Luthor, Eradicator, Superboy, All-Star Bizarro, Ursa, Non.

Top Taxis: Matter-Eater Lad, Invisible Kid, everyone else
